Love it. User friendly, geofencing works perfectly (though I wish the geofencing area could be a bit smaller), records reliably, can view my living room from anywhere, and tells you that the camera device needs to be updated rather than for in an update and disabling the app. Good job presence, will always be a strong supporter.

The presence team is amazing. My life wouldnt be the same without this app, been using it for years. One notable problems I have come across (viewing from a 6 plus and using a 4 as a camera) there is no audio in recordings. Note that this works in live stream mode. Support these guys on here and on social media. This is a FREE service. No idea how in the world theyre able to store and stream so much content for free, amazing.

Great app, but Im using an iPhone 5 as a camera and the video feed is horrible quality. The camera on that phone is great but the live stream quality is poor. Otherwise great app.

I have been using Presence for several months now and it works great.

It was pretty awesome before I spent the money for the pro version - I used to rave about it and suggest it to people looking for security options. When I switched to pro, I had all kinds of connection issues. After reading the FAQ, I have made a handful of "Pro support" problem reports that have gone unanswered. My iPhone 4s is plugged in 24/7 in airplane mode without location services or email, but the battery dies every day. It says that presence is using 100% of the battery. I dont think I can recommended at this time. Definitely dont buy any older devices just to work with this – they may not very well, or at all.

when you provide a free version hoping to get upgrades then it better be good. I am savvy and did get it to work although slow in detection. But when I reversed Iphone and Ipad funtion between camera and remote controller it was not possible to do it. I hoped it would work but no. If this is resolved I may try again, at present reversing functions is irreversible.

Ive been using Presence for just under a year and Im considering it as my home video security system. I purchased iSmart Alarm based on reviews from Wire Cutter and feel a little let down based on the review of the iSmart Alarm. Presence has out performed the iSmart Alarm and Presence kept adding features "for FREE". I think there is some down sides to iSmart Alarm more so than Presence and will keep both systems but will put more into Presence and continue to compare. If anyone has a different system they compared to Presences please write a review. I only want the best system that will protect me and my family. I havent looked at the full line of cameras and features offered by Presence but once I do I will have make my final decision.

I have been a Prescence user for 4 years. When I am away for short periods of time, it helps me monitor my husband who can not communicate as a result of a brain injury. It provides me freedom and a great sense of security.

If camera starts up on front-facing camera, the button to switch back to the back side camera does not work. Fix ASAP.

I never write app reviews but this app is amazing. I just got a puppy a couple weeks ago and now I can watch him while Im at work. This app works amazingly well and is so easy to set up. If you have an iPad or a spare iOS device laying around then this is the way to go. Screw spending upwards of $150 on a smart cam that does the same thing.

Too often this POS app doesnt connect or it randomly drops the connection, making you wonder if something bad happened at home, etc. Sick of it!!!!

We used Presence Pro and an iPhone 5S as a hidden security camera to nab a someone stealing from our company. The setup generated a large number of videos which were easy to navigate and examine. Tech support was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this product and company.

This not only works 100% of the time, but is one of the most useful apps ever created. It should be app the year!

Works! That says it all. No problems across platforms either.

A good deal of the time, the app just freezes. Not much good if you cant see the remote camera.

What can I say theTitle says it all. This app is the best and works as it should, the part I love most is if someone takes your camera (phone) they think there getting away with it but the video is already on the internet so they are busted..haha, thanks for a great app guys keep up the great work

Okay folks I am a fan of this (Smart Home) technology and I have been using Presence Pro for the last 10 months. BUT, I need to express some very troubling concerns for individuals considering protecting their valuable property with this app/technology. The functionality of this particular platform "Is Not Ready For Primetime". The responsiveness of this company is non-existent. I have sent several trouble reports (as a pro-user) and received absolutely no follow up. The app frequently fails to "Notify" me in a timely manner when an event happens. Since event notifications are "cloud based" any breakdown is potentially risky. Therefore, should an "intrusion" happen or some other immediate notifications be required reliability will be questionable. As a note: I am in area where High Speed Internet and Internet stability is consistent. The People Power Company needs demonstrate maturity before potential clients should invest in this technology. Caveat Emptor Everyone!

Will not work correctly,no support. Just wants you to spend money! Will not let me use 2 iphones

Pro stands for professional thieves. They will auto renew any subscription you do. Ive been on vacation one week in January, and since then every week theyve been taking out five dollars which I didnt catch it until today, and they refused to refund my money. Liars and crooks, theyre the ones who should have the camera on them.
